Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
 

We utilize FedEx for all of our shipping needs. There is a flat $10 shipping and handling fee. All orders are typically shipped within 2 business days following the transaction. However, due to the the COVID-19 pandemic please anticipate some shipping delays. Please note orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

All orders over $150 receive FREE FedEx SHIPPING.

Kourte accepts returns for exchange or refund on full priced items within 14 days of receipt. Please include your invoice. All garments must be unworn and in perfect condition. All original tags must be attached. All footwear must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Items will be refunded to the original form of payment. Special Orders and Final Sale items are not returnable. All special orders require 50% deposit.

*Merchandise discounted up to 39% off may be returned within 5 business days of receipt for a full refund.

*Items purchased at 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

If your purchase is within 5 days of a price reduction, we're happy to give you price adjustment via a WEB ONLY gift card. This is NOT an automatic adjustment, you must contact us to initiate the adjustment. 

In the event you decide to return any merchandise you are free to mail it via the carrier of your choice or for your convenience Kourte can email you a return label. The cost of shipping will be SUBTRACTED from the merchandise refund total. Send return label requests via email to: accounting@kourteheelz.shop

A prepaid, FedEx label will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Weekend & holiday requests will be processed the next business day.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at accounting@kourteheelz.shop If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and accessories (earrings).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
